nwbuddy curently does not count attributes from Attuned Leather pants into total attributes. That's why is some build you can see 16, 291, 241 attributes. With pants bonus it should be 25, 300, 250

For amulets you need to look fur suitable to situatuin protection perk (fire/void/ice/lightning/etc.) Fire protection used as example
